Lake Mead Christian Ministries exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ through education and community. When students go on a mission trip and see the needs and opportunities around the world, it gets into their heart. When missions move from their mind to their heart, everything changes including how they spend their time, energy and even their resources. It is our desire that they have a life-changing experience serving others and witness first-hand how they can make a difference in their world.

Personal Message
Hey everyone! As most know, I went on a mission trip to Guatemala at the end of February and I am starting to prepare for next February! This mission trip was life-altering and thats why I NEED to go back. Going into this mission trip, I honestly wasn't expecting much and was honestly dreading the hassle of flights and maybe not getting along with everyone on the trip but God changed everything the second we stepped into Guatemala. I have never been on a trip that changed my perspective as much as Guatemala. From the first hour until we landed in Vegas I saw God working in SO many ways. I fell in love with the people of Guatemala so quickly I almost didn't notice. I found such big faith in people who had so little. Guatemala and the people we encountered blessed me more than they know and my only hope is to bless them too. This fundraiser is completely for the people of Guatemala, 100%. Currently I am raising money for water filters, shoes, and cleaning supplies and food for families. I am looking to expand that into maybe vitamin or iron supplements for the malnourished children but I'm not sure yet. Please donate! I'm starting fundraising SO early because there is SO much need. These people mean the world to me and I want to give them a better world but I need your help. -Brisa Fuller
Why are donations necessary?
Students are responsible for raising 100% of the funds towards their individual mission trip, so your financial support will help them in that effort. Lake Mead Christian Ministries is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization by the IRS, and gifts are fully tax deductible as allowed by law.
